Founded by Tony Greig in 2015 and officially launched in 2022, our academy has grown into one of the premier sports institutions in Hyderabad, Telangana.

Managing Director: Tony Grieg Joy
20 Years of Experience in managing sports teams or academies. Knowledge of athlete development programs. Recruitment and training of coaches and support staff. Conflict resolution and performance management. Experience with youth programs or educational institutions. Curriculum development for ohsports and life skills. Collaborating with government and private sector stakeholders
Assistant Director: Kota Sarah Madhuri
Ms. Madhuri is instrumental in driving strategic planning and organizational management. Leveraging her strong academic foundation (B.Sc. and B.Ed.) and proven leadership abilities, she ensures the seamless execution of programs and cultivates effective cross-departmental collaboration.
Legal Advisor: G. Silambareshan
Advocate at the High Court for the State of Telangana and Joint Convener of the Telangana Pradesh State Legal Cell (RTI & Human Rights Dept.), Mr. Silambareshan ensures our operations are legally sound and ethically guided. His experience in human rights and legal advocacy strengthens our foundation.
Head Coach: Franklin Jayaraman
A nationally recognized athlete and AIFF D Licensed Coach, Mr. Jayaraman leads with discipline and vision. His experience in competitive sports and player development makes him a cornerstone of our coaching team.

Mr. Richard is a seasoned coach who has represented at the national level and holds a D License from AIFF. His tactical expertise and commitment to nurturing talent make him a vital part of our training initiatives.

Mr. Reddy designs impactful educational programs that seamlessly blend academic rigor with practical relevance. Leveraging his extensive multidisciplinary qualifications (M.A., M.Sc., M.Ed.), he ensures our curriculum consistently meets high standards and actively supports holistic development.
